The company offers Lifetime covers only across 15 levels with the first level covering vet fees of up to £1,000 and the fifteenth level covering vet fees of up to £15,000. The pet insurance offered is for cats and dogs only and they cover death by accident and illness, stolen or lost pets, as well as boarding fees. Third Party Liability is only available for dogs. Most of Purely Pets' levels of cover have a 5 star rating on Defaqto and the company has a high customer satisfaction rate on Trust Pilot.
