V85 - Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) tax application
Whereas the V10 form is used for "normal" vehicles tax application, the Heavy Good Vehicles (HGV) have to use a document of their own to tax their trucks. They instead use the v85 form to declare and pay their tax to the DVLA. HGV tax is required for vehicles that weigh more than 3.5 tonnes when having their shipment on board.
