How to claim on Medicash?
To claim on your Medicash insurance you can do it:
- by phone, calling at 0151 702 0265 from monday to friday, 8am to 5pm (except public holidays).
- by email, sending your downloaded and filled claim form above at: [email protected]
- through the 'My Medicash' app available on Android and iOS
- through the Medicash online claim form.
You can only claim by downloading the above form and send it by post if you claim for the birth or adoption of a child, a dental accident or a personal accident.
Good to know
You will need to get receipts from your practitioner once your healthcare treatment has been paid.
When do I need to claim on my Medicash insurance?
The Medicash claim period is 26 weeks.
You must claim within 26 weeks after you received the treatment (or discharge from the hospital) you are claiming for.
