From retail stores to banking products (with M&S bank opening in 1995), the company offers wide range of products including car, home, travel and pet insurances as well as personal loans or other banking services. M&S has three different pet insurance options: a time limited plan, a max benefit/Lifetime plan and a Lifetime plan. The most comprehensive cover plan available is the Premier plan which provides up to £7,000 in terms of Lifetime vet cover. All policy options include access to Vetfone which is a 24/7 service run by veterinary nurses.
